At Sabari Solitaire, we take pride in our nine‑generation heritage of crafting exquisite diamond jewelry. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—no matter where you are in the world. Please read the details below for returning items and obtaining refunds as an international customer.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Custom & Made‑to‑Order :- Personalized or custom‑engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Return Window :- All international returns must be initiated within 30 days from when it ships for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Condition of Items :- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation (without certificate & documents it will not exchange or returned) intact.
We reserve the right to limit access to the website and/or terminate the account of Returns Abusers.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at sabarisolitaires@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request within 5 business days. Approved returns receive an RA and further instructions.
- Include all original packaging, your return packing slip, and any diamond certificates. If the diamond certificate is not returned, $100 will be withheld from your refund.
- Print all documents.
- Enclose your jewelry item(s) inside the original jewelry box.
- Place the jewelry box (containing your jewelry) inside a shipping box. We recommend using the shipping box, you may acquire a FedEx box from your local FedEx store.
- Place the return packing slip inside the shipping box with the jewelry.
- Seal the shipping box.
- For security reasons, please refrain from writing jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
3. Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs :- Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for all return shipping charges, import duties, and taxes.
- Carrier & Insurance :- We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. Sabari Solitaire is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Note that all documents are US Customs documents that are REQUIRED for re-entry back into the United States. Failure to include any and all of these documents, and failure to sign the required documents, may delay your refund and/or result in duties and taxes being deducted from your refund.
4. Inspection & Approval
- Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s).
- Inspections typically take 5–7 business days. We will notify you by email when your return is approved or if there are any issues.
5. Refund Processing
Method :- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline :- Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the credit to appear on your statement.
For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.6.
Customs & Duties :- Original import duties and taxes paid are non‑refundable by Sabari Solitaire. Depending on your country’s customs policy, you may apply to your local customs office for reimbursement of duties on returned goods.
6. Exchange & Store credit
Exchanges :- We do not offer direct international exchanges. To swap for a different piece, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order online.
Store Credit :- If you prefer, we can issue store credit valid for 12 months. Simply let us know when you initiate your return.
7. Damaged & Defective Item
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us within 2 days of receipt.
We’ll cover return shipping in such cases and either repair, replace, or refund your piece at no additional cost.
